Joshua Weinstein is an associate fellow in the Institute for Philosophy, Politics and Religion at the Shalem Center. He holds a B.A. in physics from Princeton University, an M.A. in philosophy from the University of California at Irvine, and a Ph.D. in philosophy from Hebrew University. His research interests include classical and modern philosophy (Plato, Nietzsche, Heidegger) and classical and modern Judaism (Bible, Talmud, Soloveitchik, Strauss), as well as general issues of time and human nature.
