Nina Redl is a PhD candidate at the Jewish Theological Seminary of America (JTS). She lectures at Rutgers University, where she teaches modern Jewish philosophy, and at the Ludwig-Maximilians University in Munich, where she teaches general Jewish studies. She earned master’s degrees at Ludwig-Maximilians in theology and comparative religion and at JTS in Jewish philosophy. Her area of research is ethics of responsibility in the Talmud, halacha, and philosophy.
